Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of iwanteyeballs.com, run by Dovi Brody as I Want Eyeballs ("we", "us"), and any work you hire us to do. By using the site or booking us, you agree to them.

If we send you a proposal, quote or agreement for a project, its terms apply to that project. Where it differs from this page, the proposal wins.

Sending the Book Dovi form is a request, not a booking, and nothing is charged. Dovi replies to agree on the scope, timing and price. Work starts once both sides confirm, for example by accepting a proposal or paying an invoice.

Prices on the site, such as coaching from $300 an hour (in person), branding $2,500, a full brand guide $5,000 and a website redesign $5,000, are starting points. The price for your project is the one in your proposal or invoice.

Coaching sessions are scheduled together. If you need to move one, tell us as early as you can. Any cancellation or rescheduling terms are set out when you book.

You agree to send what the project needs (content, feedback, access and approvals) in reasonable time. Delays on your side can move the timeline.

Payment terms, including any deposit, are in your proposal or invoice. Unless it says otherwise, invoices are due on receipt, and we may pause work while a payment is overdue.

You keep everything you give us. Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we made for you, such as your logo files, brand guide or website design, unless your proposal says otherwise. Drafts, unused concepts and our own tools and methods stay ours.

We may show finished work, and results you've made public, in our portfolio and case studies. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us before the project starts.

The numbers on this site, such as views, leads and sales, are real results from past clients and Dovi's own channels. They aren't a promise. Your results depend on your business, your content, your audience and the platforms, which we don't control.

Joining a waitlist doesn't create an account, a booking or any obligation for you or for us. We'll email you when the product opens.

When the marketplace opens, brands will book creators and ad space through it. Separate marketplace terms will then cover accounts and eligibility, listings, briefs and bookings, payments, invoices and fees, content standards and reviews. We'll publish them here and ask you to accept them before you use the marketplace.

The site's text, design, the I Want Eyeballs name and logo, and the images of our work belong to us or to the clients and creators who allowed us to show them. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Don't misuse the site or its forms, for example by sending spam, someone else's details, or anything unlawful.

The site links to and plays videos from other services, such as Instagram and client websites. We don't control them, and their own terms apply.

The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it is error-free or always online.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability for a project is limited to what you paid us for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. A project keeps the terms that applied when you booked it, unless we both agree otherwise. Questions: iwanteyeballs@gmail.com.
