What we collect when you book Dovi or join a waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have.

I Want Eyeballs is Dovi Brody's business: coaching, branding, brand guides, website redesign and social media audits. This policy explains what we collect when you use iwanteyeballs.com, book Dovi or join a waitlist, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
The UGC Network and Ad Placements are not open yet. The section "When the UGC Network and Ad Placements open" below says what will change when they do.
What you send us. The Book Dovi form asks for your name, email, what you need, and anything else you choose to tell us (for example your business, website or budget). The UGC Network waitlist asks for your name, email, Instagram or TikTok handle and what you make. The Ad Placements waitlist asks for your name, email, outlet name, a website or link, and the type of space.
Emails and messages. If you email Dovi or reply to one of our emails, we keep that conversation.
Client work. If you hire us, we receive the materials you share for the project, such as logos, photos, videos, account access you choose to give, and business details.
Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes the technical details every website receives (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
To reply to your request, book and deliver the work, send proposals and invoices, and follow up on a project.
To contact you about a waitlist you joined when that product opens. We don't add you to a newsletter or sell your details.
To keep the site and forms safe, for example by blocking spam and abuse.
Videos on the site come from Instagram. Instagram's player loads only after you press Play. Once it loads, Instagram (Meta) may collect data under its own privacy policy. Links to Instagram, client websites and other sites are covered by those sites' policies, not this one.
We keep form submissions and emails for as long as we need them to answer you or deliver the work, and client records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Waitlist sign-ups are kept until the product opens and we've contacted you, or until you ask us to remove you.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to be taken off a waitlist, by emailing iwanteyeballs@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we'll honour them.
The site isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
We plan to open a marketplace where brands can book creators and ad space. When it opens, it will collect more: account details (name, work email, company or handle, profile and portfolio), listings and rates, briefs, bookings, messages between brands, creators and outlets, reviews, and payment and payout details handled by a payment provider.
Profiles and listings will be public, and booking details will be shared only with the people in that booking and our team. We'll update this policy before the marketplace opens and tell waitlist members what changed.
